Y-Pattern Valves

Overview

Y-pattern valves represent an alternative version of standard globe or check valves, with the yoke attached at an angle to the pipe. These are useful in flow-control settings where the form factor can be beneficial, and they provide all the functionality of a high-quality forged steel globe or check valve, including in high-pressure or high-temperature applications.

Smith Y-Pattern Globe Valves feature an outside stem and yoke (OS&Y), and are available in Class 800, 1500, 1690, 2690 & 4500. Available in bolted / welded bonnet or bonnetless design in conventional or full port with either threaded, socketweld or buttweld ends. All are manufactured in accordance with API 602 and ASME B16.34 standards.
