Who We Are
Smith Valves is one of the longest-operating providers of API 602 forged steel valves worldwide. Founded in 1956 by James Dewolf Smith, we’ve spent our history to date building a reputation as a trustworthy, reliable provider of components for demanding commercial applications.
Part of the LPW Group since 2019, we’re committed to a mission of offering the highest-quality forged steel valves for use with hydrofluoric acid, chlorine, oxygen, and other substances. We perform non-destructive evaluation (NDE) testing in-house at our U.S. facility, taking ultimate responsibility for the quality of our offerings. We carry CE-PED certification, maintain an API 602 designation, and use an ISO 9001 certified quality system.
